Samsung Galaxy – Auto Blocker and APK Installation
Galaxy phones on One UI 6.0 or later can have Auto Blocker switched on, and it overrides the usual permission. You might allow Chrome as a source and still see the install refused. Auto Blocker also stops updates to apps that didn’t come from an official store. The blocking message names the feature, so read it before changing anything, then look under Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker.
Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO – MIUI and HyperOS
Whether your phone runs MIUI or HyperOS, the permission belongs to the app that opens the APK. People often download in Chrome and then open the file from File Manager, and only File Manager’s permission counts in that case. The toggle is under Security & privacy or Special permissions.
Realme, Oppo and Vivo
Realme changed the location between versions: realme UI 5–7 keeps it under Security and privacy → More security and privacy → Installation sources, and realme UI 3–4 under Password & Security → System security → Installation sources. Oppo and Vivo phones usually put it under Apps, Security or Special app access. On any of them, opening the APK and following the prompt is often quicker than hunting for the menu yourself.

This vague message most often means Coldbet is already on the phone. Android sees the same package ID, org.coldbet.client, and tries to treat the new file as an update.
